Regal Security Inc. has an approved Training Academy that provides PSISA-compliant training for the security guard workforce. Additional specialized training is provided at Regal’s facilities or by one of our many approved security training partners. Our security guards receive the education and guidance they need to advance in their chosen fields. This includes basic classroom instruction and on-the-job instruction, as well as advanced instruction tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
When they complete their initial training with Regal Security, our security guards are equipped to handle various situations, from politely answering questions to subtly stopping an altercation. Besides the mandatory 40-Hour of Ministry testing, Regal Security also provides its security staff with an additional 24 hours of training as part of our orientation program, including material such as Customer service, Workplace Violence, Trespass to Property act and Incident Reporting.
Our team collaborates closely with your building’s operations, facility, and property managers to provide you with the most effective security measures possible by meeting regularly to maintain an open line of communication, foster a collaborative working relationship, and promptly handle any issues that may arise.
