I am emailing you to say thank you for doing an awesome job at the rush-hour time and to control the elevator traffic.

Thank you for making people follow all the SOPs and also thanks a lot for being compassionate towards the special needs community. I am a mother of two Autistic boys and I want to say a special thank you to the lady who was standing by the door, helping people sanitize their hands and monitoring them. She was very considerate and when she saw me struggling with my younger kid she sent us ahead of the line. Usually waiting in lines is very difficult for me because its very hard for my son who has severe anxieties and Autism, but today you made it easier for me.
